Mom and dad brought some plants and we planted them. We ate and had a great day.

Mom, Dad, Candi and the girls came up to the our house. Gary cooked out and then we went fishing.

This was Annagraces first time fishing and she learned to cast her rod out into the water after a few times of grandmother showing her how.

After getting back to the house Emmalee just sat and laughed at everything.

Noah and me and my friend Dawn and her two sons went to Six Flags. Noah is 10 almost 11 years old and he road everyride. He even road this ride. It is like a bungee and it pulls them way up and then one of them have to pull the cord. Then they swing way out over everything. He never opened his eyes and held on for life but he did it and I chickened out.

We all got wet on thunder river.

Tomorrow Wednesday August 19, 2009 I will be taking my finial exam. Then I will be getting my pin at 2:00pm

But today was the most scared I have felt in a long time.
One of our security guards came to our classroom door and stated get up and leave the building quickly. As we rounded corner they said to step it up. I began to run. We were told to move to further end of the parking lot as far as it went out. My heart beat faster and I began to sweet. Then numerous of police cars came in to secure the building then the dogs were brought in. Yes a bomb threat had been called into our school. Only have one day left I thought for sure I was not going to be able to finish. Then after a hour and 45 minutes the all clear call came and we were able to go back inside. Uneasy about going back in we did and continued the day.

Then on Thursday I will have to do my check offs. This is preforming hands on in front of my instructors correct without errors so that I can go to my ex-tern site on Aug 26.

So as of Thursday I should be completely done with school except for my
ex-tern.

Florida Trip June 09

There were not enough seats for everyone sit in a real seat so Joshua choose to sit in the back of the van first. Then Benj and then Rebecca. We left our luggage with Tyler to bring down later. We did take the food down with us when we left out on Friday morning

I think Annagrace had the best seat in the van. She was able to watch movies all the way down. She is a good little rider.

Candi worked all night so she tried to sleep in the front seat. I don't think she got much sleep seeing that we were all laughing and talking on the way down.

We made it to Florida.

I cannot wait.... I only have one month left of classes. After classes I will go on my externship. I will find out where I will be assigned to soon. I am now a senior. I have been on the Deans and Presidents list every month since I have been there. I have one more to go.

The Fawn Next Door

On Sunday morning, Gary and I were sitting outside enjoying the weather. I saw something moving in the pasture next door so I continued to watch and it was to fawn playing. We never did see the mom around just the two fawn.

He can't figure out how to get over the fence.

He walks back and forth in front of the fence and comes very close to us.

One of them figured out how to get over but then tried to get back over into the fenced off area but did not make it. So one of the fawns were left and the one that made it over crossed on over the road.

This was so sad seeing this baby fawn left behind.

It was making a crying sound for it's mom.

This is the apple tree outside of the kitchen window. The deer come up and eat right outside the window. I took the picture through the glass that's why it's not so clear.

We enjoy watching the birds and deer and even red tail hawks.

I picked up Chuck from the airport in Atlanta on Thursday night. He wanted Krystal's but we could not find one that was open 24 hours on the way home. He come to go on the yearly deep sea fishing trip with dad and the cousins. He also help close daddy's business which was kinda sad.

After dad found out sick he decided it was time to close the shop. It was so hot and dusty in there.

Mom treated all of us to Krystal's for lunch and the last lunch of the shop.

It is what Chuck was waiting for. But I think he over ate.

See what I mean! They don't have Krystal's out west.

While the men went fishing mom and I took Annagrace swimming for the day on Saturday. Candi and Tyler had a yard sale so this keep Annagrace out of there way and I got to spend time with her. She can swim by herself with floaters on.

I went home for Fathers Day and Daddy, Mom and I all went to the World of Outdoors games. IT WAS HOT! but it was so fun to watch how strong the men are.

The dogs are more fun to watch. Mom and me watch them more because we got to sit in the shade. Any of the children that were there got to run and jump into the pool just like the dogs (of course before the dogs did their show) to cool off.

Happy Fathers day daddy Love you but it's to hot for me in the sun this year.

Drag Races In Atlanta

Atlanta motor drag racing

Gary would not tell me where we were going it was a surprise. It was the first drag racing event I had ever went to and did not even take the camera inside. These picture are from my phone. I was able to get a funnel cake and get some sun. We walked around to look at all the Chevy's old and new.

It got loud at times but it was worth every minute. The very first race down the track the car wrecked pretty bad. The driver was ok. He hit both sides of the the walls and the car caught on fire.

The last two cars that raced were jet cars. They had jet engines in them and ran 301 miles an hour down the track. I enjoyed the day very much and it was a surprise. Thank you Gary for a enjoyable day and a break away from studying. You are the BEST!

A Family Visit

WOW what a great weekend!! Mom, Dad, Candi, Tyler and Annagrace all came up to visit. We all went to Stone mountain to watch the laser show. We at dinner there and played out on the lawn.

Update on School

I got a job at the school and another part time job on the weekends.

I only have 3 more months of classes and one month of internship. My pinning ceremony will be at the end of my 3 months which is like a graduation.

I am still on the deans list.

I am in the process of becoming an Ambassador. I have to go through an interview and a few more steps then I will get my Black scrubs for that.

I have changed my classes to day time so I work right after my classes let out.

I was voted to be class president. So now I am class president.

So now you see why I haven't updated my blog lately. I am pretty busy.

I made the president's list for my second mod. I got my grade it was a 97. I have two weeks left in this third mod I am in now. So after I finish this mod I will have four more to complete.
In August I begin my externship.
Then comes GRADUATION!!!

HAPPY ESTER

What beautiful weather on Sunday !! We could not have had a more prefect day than we did on Sunday. We went to Gary's dad's house and had the best lunch. I think it was one of the best Easter meals I have had in some time. We had ham, Lima beans, slice tomatoes, potato salad, green beans, rolls and three different deserts. After we were all stuffed and could not move, Steve and Tare hid the eggs for the boys and Katie (the dog).

Katie is just like one of the kids. She thinks she is one anyways. Just look at the pictures this should say it all....

"Give me that egg. I want that egg. I see that see."

The boys had fun hunting the eggs. Noah even found a candy eggs that was left from last year. We were surprised the ants or birds had not gotten it. Noah found the prize egg with money in it.

Easter Sunday

The Easter Bunnie stopped by the house Ferguson house and left a few goodies for Noah. He got 3 Movies and chocholate bunnie and some peeps chicks. I think he was happy with that. While he was at his mom's house the Mr Petter Rabbit let Noah a letter.

Student Appreciation Week

This week is student appreciation week at school.

Monday was free ice cream day.

Tuesday was bowl day.

There were four people on the team. We could not get help from others except from the four on your team. A question would be ask from the category your team picked and had 10 seconds to answer the question. Only the team captain could give the answer.

It was the Medical Assistants against the Dialysis students. The Dialysis team had been undefeated all day long and had a chant/cheer going on. It was time for the night class (the time I go) to challenge them in the bowl. I got pick to be the team captain for the MA team.
Those who were not on the team where behind us to cheer us on.
It was tied the whole game.

MA are the champs. We won by one questions. They did not like it very much but they got over it very quickly. I have a great team. We all had fun with it and had lot of support with all the other MA behind us cheering.

Need I say it was very loud in the room. Very one knew we had WON!!!

Mom call on friday march 22 2009. She asked me what I was doing tonight. I said nothing why? Her and dad come up to Atlanta to eat and came and spent the night with me. I was so happy and excited that they came up to visit with me. It a short visit but it was still a visit. Daddy had never been up since I had moved up here 2 years ago so I was so happy to see him come up. We got up and Gary and Noah went us to McDonald for breakfast. We then went to the square to look at the shops. Then mom and dad and I went shopping at my favorite place Good will. Found some bargins there and came back to my place and they left to go to Bass Pro Shop. I hated to see them leave but I enjoyed the time I had with them.

After they left Gary, Noah and myself went to Stone Mt and climb up to the top. The whether was prefect for the climb. Going up was not as bad as coming down. You have to hold yourself back so you don't slide down. We all three made it up and down. We walked around in the stores and then lelf from there and went to O'Charleys to eat dinner then home to rest. I was sore in the morning. There were some people going up and down several time I don't know how they did it.

End of my first Modular of school

That went my so quick!!! Each Modular is about a month long and we just got our grade for this first one I made a 94 and made the DEAN'S list. I have never made it before I was very surprised. The president's list is the only thing higher. This week coming up will be the last week of my 2nd modular and I take my finial this next weds. so in about 2 weeks or less I will find out if I make it again or not.

Happy Birthday Daddy

Something always happens on March 1st on Daddy's Birthday. This year it snowed. A few years ago the tornado came and messed up Candi and Tyler's home. So everyone beware on

March 1st be prepared for something to happen. But until next year you can enjoy the pictures and the fun we all had with the snow this year. I had went home for daddy's birthday and to be back to study for a big test. On the way home I could not see the lines on the road driving home. it took forever to get back home. I had to drive so slow but I made it back safely. I slide one time and the was on the exit ramp I take to go home it is very sharp u shape exit. I just took my time and made it fine. The next morning Noah school was closed so I was able to play with him in the snow. I blew up a flow and he slid now the hill behind the house and the hill on the side of the road until he got so cold he wanted to come back in. We all enjoyed until it got messy then it was time for it to go.

I went home for Valentine's Day and took some photo shots with my valentine. She is the SMARTEST and CUTEST little girl I have ever seen. She also is so loving. Every time I go home to see her she has a big smile and Carol and she can now say "I love YOU" along with everything else.

The New Year 09

The new year started off ruff for me. I lost my job in Dec just before Christmas. I started to school at Everest Institution at the end of January. It is for 8 months long and I am going to be a Medical Assistant once I am done. So far it seem to be going good. I am the only white girl well the only white person in the class room. But that's ok too.

I have to wear navy blue scrubs and white tennie shoes. I have a book bag that weight about 50 pounds no joking and all of my books are not in there. Some are in my trunk of the car. I go 4 nights a week 6pm to 11pm and drive 44 miles one way. That put me getting home around 12 midnight. I have a crazy schedule right now but it is all worth it. I better get back to study and sorry I have not blog in such a long time.

Early Arrival

I went home earlier than I had told everyone I would be there to surprise them.

It was good to see all of the kids how much they have grown. Nathan looks as though he is a military man. He registered for college and got signed up classes while he was here. Way to go Nathan!

Rebbecca is so pretty and grown up. While they were here several of us went to the gym to worked out. I would not want to have to compete with Rebbecca. She want to stay at the gym and keep working out while I was wiped out after 30 minutes.

Joshua went to the gym with us and he can work out for a long time too. He wrestles back home and was taking tai qua da. He is also in the choir and in the band.

Benjamin is also busy back home. He also wrestles and is in the band. He was taking tai qua da also. Benj wanted to go hunting with grandaddy so they went but no luck.

Sarah is so pretty and funny. We were playing a game and we were on different teams. My team was winning so I did a cheer that was silly and shortly after that her team began to win and no one was cheering. (She is like her Aunt Carol) She got up and did the same silly cheer. Everyone thought it was funny. Then she modeled these cute glasses she won at bingo.

Mom bought a tea set for them to decorate and after wards they had a little party.

This is Sammy. I had not seen or met him until this trip. He is the cuties little boy and funny just like the rest of them. He is three years old and will be four in few months. Someone said they wanted pizza so mom put a pizza in the oven. Out of all the food that was there they just wanted pizza.

Gary and I went to Applebee for dinner on Friday night. They sat us in a busy tight spot. A party of I guess 8 or more one in a wheelchair at one end. The rest of their party was the senior group that was in a hurry to get home (so they acted by their comment). You know cause we as seniors do speak softly. "Well we do need to get home" one of them claimed.
They were all paying their check and all were gone out the door except two of the ladies. The one was getting her coat and her friend left her.
Well the one getting her coat turned to go to the restroom and went into the mens restroom. My mouth dropped open and Gary said what is it? I told him what just took place.
Well did she come back out?
NO
I continued to watch for her as I continued to laugh harder and harder and tears rolled down my face.
Our waitress came by and had to ask what was so funny. I told her. She couldn't believe it either.
While she was standing there a man went in there and then another.
Finally the woman came out wiping her and as if nothing was wrong.
I could not compose myself. Gary was laughing and the waitress we could not believe it. It was like something you would see on tv on the comedy show.
This lady had to be at least 70 + yrs old. not as good minded as grand ma!!!

Today was a very sad day in the football land. The tide hit the wall of the gators. Tide had not lost a game all season until today they lost the SEC Champion game to the Florida Gators 31-20. The t-shirt were already out online for sale by 9:00pm. The game was over around 7:00pm or so. I knew this was going to be a tough game and it was all the way through until the 4th quarter and Fl scored again in the last 4 minutes.

Today I went with Gary and Noah to his family for Thanksgiving. I have to say it very nice. The food was very good and deserts, I could have eaten every one of them. We first went to his Dad's and Deannie house so we could follow them to Social Circle. Everyone had not gotten there yet so Noah played with his DS game until he got use to the other kids when they all arrived.

Well everything was good until the police showed up.....

The police were called out to the house because the one
couples that were there had locked the keys up in the car.
The car they just bought two days ago

The police were very nice about it all. They turn the
lights and sirens on for the kids. They still did not get into the car.
They had to wait for the next shift to come on for they right tools to get into the car.

The day was very nice. The was no fussing or screaming.
It was very relaxed. After we were done eating everyone helped to clean up.

Need a little Sunshine

Well it had a little bit since I had seen Annagrace and have not been able to spend much time with her. I asked Gary if him and Noah wanted to go with me to Columbus to visit. Off we went Saturday after a late night of trick-a-treating. I don't think a bigger smile could have been put on my face once I open the door to Candi's and Annagrace saw her Aunt Carol. She ran to me smiling. It made me so happy to know she knew who I am even though I don't get to see her every day. She gave me a BIG hug until she saw Gary and Noah. She stopped and looked at them like who is that. Candi had something to do so we took Annagrace with us to the mall until she was done. She is so smart. She like Elmo. We all went to Christmas Made in the South walked around for several hours and then went back to Candi's to play.

She is growing up to quick and is very smart.

This years Halloween was a special one for me. I was able to go trick-a-treating. Well not me per say but I went with Noah and Gary. We went to Gary's dad's neighbor hood which is very nice here in Covington. Gary had called to tell his dad and step mom Deannie that Noah would be bringing a friend with him. They were thrilled that Noah had a friend that he could hang out with. Once we got there they found out it was me that Gary was referring to they just laughed. Noah said she is my friend.

This dog is a mess!!!! and confused one she has on the wrong sweater. It should be Alabama.
Oh that is what that look is for on her face. They put a Georgia sweater on her and she didn't like it. Or could it be she is dressed up like a bulldog for Halloween? I told you she is confused. Her mom Tara is a bulldog fan and her dad is a roll-tide fan.

We never did know the one in the middle but he was very strange.
Behind them is a barn that was made into a haunted house. The boys
loved it. They would go through it as long as we would stand there in cold
and let them.

This is not to clear but it was funny to watch the boys get scared.
This house was decorated up!! There was a fog mechine at
the front door that covered them when they walked up.
I don't remember ever seeing so many trick-a-treater in
one place at one time. The streets had so many little
one walking with there bags of candy.

Deannie had made a big pot of home soup and corn bread. She also made a home pound cake. The soup was very good. It hit the spot after trick a treating because we were all very cold.

This was a very special night for me. I did not know his entire family was going to be there. I got to meet everyone at once. He has two stepsister one who is married and has two daughters. The other who is engaged and he has a son. Everyone made me feel welcome.

Noah's Fall Festival at his school

Noah would start on one end and have to make it to the other end. This may look easy looking at this picture....but have about twenty other kids on here at the same time, makes it a little bit more of a challenge. One kid was sitting on the round tube while Noah was inside of it at one point.

But he did makes it to the end finally. Good job!!

This was suppose to be a side but instead was a jump. The kids
would stand at the top and jump off and land on the bottom.

Fall Festival In Columbus

I went to Columbus to visit and see the little pink poodle

But before all of the fun began we attended the funeral service for our close friend Carol Silva. I will have great memoirs or her and her family. I grew up Scott and Troy. Don and Carol were there to listen to me when I needed to talk to someone.
The Silva's and our family all went to Florida one year and camped out. That is a vacation trip I will always remember. The Silva family are dear to me and will always be dear and close me I will miss Carol but I know she will not have to suffer any more.
Once the service was over we had to go back to Candi's house and change clothes and headed back over to church.

Triston went home with us and had so much fun at the festival. He is a great kid and is very welled mannered.

Ok Better Later Than Never

I found a new place a town house. I have the best neighbors ever. The littler boy is 9 years old and his name is Noah. The first time I met him.... he was a gentleman from the start and has not stopped. I said "Hi my name is Carol" and then he stuck his hand and to shake my hand and said "Hi my name is Noah nice to meet you". The young man won my heart from that day on. He makes me laugh every day. Every day when I get home from work, he comes out the door to greet me and ask me how my day was and gives me a hug. His dad's name is Gary. I can't say enough good about him either. He is good to me also. He always ask how my day went at work and listen to what I have to say. We try to eat dinner at the table together every day. Sometimes this does not happen due to our schedules. We have movie night or play board games or just talk a walk all of us.

This is the two of them being silly as always. He is very good dad. to Noah. He has taught him manners, and how to "Wait on a Woman". that is their saying.

4th of July Thunder on the hooch

Girl's Time out

I took Sarah to get a pedicure. She had never had
one before and I was going to get one and so I took
her with me. I think she liked it.

Even though she didn't quite reach from the chair
to the foot rest but it worked. She picked the
color to match her new swim suit.

Family Reunion

Chuck came down for the reunion and brought
Christopher and Sarah. The kids stayed for several
weeks with grandmother and granddaddy.

there all day if you let them. They are good kids and
play good together.

My cousins from Haily Ville AL. I think we counted
about 50 people there were there.

Father's Day

Annagrace is enjoying time with her
daddy, and both grandday's.
Tyler's Mom and dad were down from Idaho for
a few weeks. They came out to mom and dads for
fathers day and cooks out.

Country Fair

Country Fair here in Atlanta is country
concert. Clay Walker was the only
one I got good pictures of.
Toby Keith was the last one to preform. It
was so hot and a bunch of drunk were there.
We had good seat and not to far from
the stage.

They put a bunch of beach balls out into the
crowd to punch around.

Mothers Day Weekend

I went home for mother's day.
We went to Candi's and planted flowers out back
and you know who was right there with us to help.
She loves it outside.

Annagrace wanted to help dig holes
for the plants.

We went to Aunt Brenda's to swims for
mothers day and cook out.

Annagrace loves to swims. Well loves to play
in the water.

Welcome To My New Home

Please come in and take a tour of my new place. It is not big at all but I am by myself now and feel at home for now. (Until I come back home to Columbus.)
Once you enter the door my closet which might be three feet wide is right behind there.

Then my dresser.
The dress and the of course the TV with cable.

This is my formal dinning room & table.

This is where the princess rest at night.
That would be ME!!
It is also used as my study. I study every night now
to get ready to take my insurance test so I can come home.
I have internet. So I can try to keep my blog up to date now.

This is by huge kitchen with out an oven.
I have to cook in the microwave or use the stove top.
Of course you all know I am a Diet Coke lover, there they sit

on top or refrigerator

All in all it is great. It is like a dorm room. I have
everything I need here.
I can't wait to move by to my home town.

Annagrace's 1st Birthday

I was able to go home for Annagrace's 1st birthday. She is so much fun. Mom, Candi and Annagrace where at the mall where I got in town. Mom and Annagrace were waiting outside of Macy's. I walked out of Macy's and said "There's my sunshine" and Annnagrace could not of had a bigger smile on her face. She knew who I was as I was walking up to her. I could not believe how big she had gotten. She is growing up so fast.
We shopped for several hours and she would help pick out shoes for all of us to try on. Then we went to eat at Red Lobster.
